Marla Showfer Strategic Planner Cell: 415-215-4971  Marla Showfer is a strategic marketer with nearly 20 years of experience developing integrated marketing plans to build brands, customer relationships, sales and ROI. Marla began her career on the Agency side in direct and database marketing at Cramer-Krasselt and Grey Advertising's J. Brown & Associates, an agency that pioneered retail marketing. She has developed customer acquisition, retention and retail marketing programs for Hyatt, United Airlines, Motorola and HP. She is immersed in the world of driving consumers to action, driving response, retail traffic and sales. An enthusiast for all things measurable; from customer value to ROI; she brings this discipline to all work that she does. She has also worked on the client side in brand development, working on re-positioning of the Levi's brand as well as driving brand strategy for a variety of clients. She noticed that many marketers and agencies either did brand work that did not drive action or response work that did not build the brand; her philosophy and is to bring the two together. Marla earned a Master's Degree from the Medill School of Journalism, at Northwestern University,
Robin Spencer Arm Creative Director Robin Spencer Arm has more than twenty years of experience as a writer/Creative Director in the advertising industry. Robin's strength is the way she combines visual and verbal skills to create communications with impact. She began her career in Chicago, developing ads for Ameritech, John Deere, Citibank, Midway Airlines, Princess Cruise Lines and Kraft Foods for J.Walter Thompson, NW Ayer and Campbell Mithun. In 1999, she moved to Detroit to head up the Buick account at McCann Erickson Detroit. Together with her partner, she was responsible for signing Tiger Woods to the Buick franchise and creating many memorable commercials with the celebrity golfer. Robin is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Art and Design.
